We provide this service to our clients who are energy and environmentally conscious.
These services include directing our clients in the schematic design phase of their
plans and includes: Providing Manual J & D Calculations and reports for submittals
to Energy Star, North Carolina Healthy Built Home, and/or LEED Certifications, building
envelope detailing, insulation options, window selections, advanced framing for
energy efficiency, HVAC options from high SEER to geo-thermal heat pumps and indoor
air quality. We also provide options for high efficiency water heating systems
that provide domestic hot water or water for radiant floor heating systems in the
floor. Depending on your goals, there are many options available for building a
green home.
