This service provides the client with flexibility and expert counsel in custom building
techniques, material selections, architectural and engineering services or whatever
issue of concern. This method of construction consulting is billed at an hourly
rate which can be terminated or extended as the client sees fit. We can be hired
to recommend material suppliers, expert subcontractors and/or administer construction
activities on a time and material basis.
